I'm Paul, and I'm drawn to work where design carries an idea. After completing my training in film and media production, I built my own brand, PENG, from the ground up – concept, manifesto, visual identity, campaigns and film. Alongside digital work I keep a hand in analogue fields like music and sculpture, which shapes how I develop ideas: intuitively at first, then toward a clear concept and structure. What fascinates me most is the bridge between concept and execution, which is why I like working on both. My focus lies in editing as well as graphic and motion design.

During my apprenticeship I worked a lot on translating pixel-based images into scalable vector illustration using paths and gradients. I also built vector-based animations, including scene construction and character rigging, as shown in the video below.
